Our personal experiences make us who we are. I believe the best way to help others is through relatable experiences. My down-to-earth approach is meant to make you feel comfortable and safe from the start. I value a strong therapeutic relationship with clients and believe healing is a relational process.
No one person is the same which is why my approach to therapy is grounded in a trauma-informed perspective. I utilize an eclectic style of therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy, expressive arts, family systems, strength-based, motivational interviewing, and solution focused therapies. These methods allow me to tailor my approach to each individual’s unique needs, fostering a supportive and empowering environment for growth and healing.
Graduating in 2018, I attended Rivier University and received my masters degree in Mental Health Counseling. My background work is in community based services where I worked with the Department of Mental Health and the Department of Children and Families providing in-home services to youth and families for support and stabilization. I served as a Clinician and DMH Program Manager supervising other Clinicians providing in-home services.
